You Are What You Eat!
God created everything to be at our fingertips for our health and well-being! Just a year prior to the pandemic, God opened my eyes to a new way of shopping at the supermarket, and a new way of eating in general. For years my husband has suffered from food allergies, like gluten and wheat. However, when we eliminated those ingredients from our diets, we noticed it being worse off for us. One night, I became sick of feeling lousy all the time, and sick of seeing my husband feeling lousy. I came across Bobby Parrish and really binge watched his content, being flabbergasted about what Americans eat! There is so much wrong with our food supply and it truly is a shame. These foods are what has caused all of the health issues America is facing today.
God is really teaching my family the importance of eating foods how He designed them, not any other way. The research I have been doing has prompted me to start a youth organization! I am so passionate because I know the term “You are what you eat” has always been so true.
The grocery stores put so much unwanted ingredients in the food that we buy. These ingredients cause sickness, disease, mental health disorders, eating disorders and so much more. The terms “Natural Flavors” are not at all natural. Let’s say you pick up an energy drink that is strawberry flavored. You flip the can around to see the ingredients list and it shows “Natural Flavors” “Natural Strawberry Flavor” “Organic Natural Flavors”. They are allowed to get away with those terms just because they started with the actual strawberry, but then in a lab used fake, man made ingredients that keep us hooked on that energy drink. We have no idea what these lab created “flavors” do to us and the FDA does not care, because they are in bed with Big Pharma!
If you feel lousy after you eat, please do yourself and your family a favor and start going down the rabbit hole. It is worth it and can POSSIBLY eliminate trips to the doctor’s office. My husband and I no longer eat non-organic fruits and veggies and have noticed such a change in our digestive systems, and overall wellbeing. Organic/Pesticide free is expensive, but it keeps you healthy and to me, that is a huge savings! If you have trouble with eggs but not enough trouble that you wish to eliminate them from your diet, try Pasture-raised, Organic Eggs.
