Quinoa Breakfast Bowl (Organic, GF, DF)

This breakfast bowl made with Quinoa sweetened with coconut sugar and cinnamon is my husband’s absolute favorite! It is super easy to make, and once it’s finished, place in a bowl with your favorite toppings.

Follow the directions on your bag of Quinoa, add a couple of pinches of sugar and sprinkle on cinnamon. Add your fruit and drizzle on pure Maple Syrup once assembled.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. One Serving of Quinoa

  2. Chopped strawberries, bananas, blueberries

  3. Two Pinches Coconut Sugar

  4. A drizzle of Maple Syrup

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil and add Quinoa

  2. Bring down to a simmer and chop your desired fruits, we either use apple, strawberries and blueberries, bananas (the choice is yours!)

  3. Once Quinoa is cooked, stir in your desired amount of sugar and cinnamon

  4. Remove from pot, place in bowl, top with fruits and maple syrup

  5. Enjoy!
